Hey, I’m Effie! 👋
I’m a Microsoft Security & Intune engineer, Microsoft Certified Trainer, and someone who spends a questionable amount of time convincing devices to behave.
I work mostly with Microsoft Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Entra ID, and the rest of the Microsoft security ecosystem. Basically, if it’s managed, protected, misconfigured, or randomly showing “Something went wrong”, there’s a good chance I’ve dealt with it.
I love figuring out how things work, why they break, and occasionally why Microsoft decided they should work that way in the first place.
I’m a lifelong learner, and a firm believer that “it works in my lab” is a perfectly reasonable starting point.
This blog is where I’ll share things I’ve learned, configurations I’ve tested, KQL queries, troubleshooting adventures, and solutions to problems that probably took me longer to fix than I’d like to admit.
Expect practical guides, screenshots, occasional rants, and absolutely no pretending that everything works on the first try.
Outside of IT, I have cats, snakes, and enough hobbies to make time management an extreme sport. Somehow, the snakes are easier to manage than Windows devices.
Welcome to my little corner of the cloud. ☁️
May your devices stay compliant, your alerts be false positives, and your Microsoft portals actually load.
